From the catalogue Commonwealth Artists of Fame 1952 - 1977 (Commonwealth Art Gallery, London, 1 June - 3 July 1977): “Born in Cyprus. Has lived in England for many years. He held his first one-man showing in York in 1959 and has exhibited extensively in Britain, Denmark and Cyprus. Foundr of the Cyprus Summer School of Art and author and illustrator of Cyprus on Copper, 1969. After teaching at Leeds College of Art he was appointed Principal of Canterbury College of Art.”
